We want to alert you to a delay in sending you the receipt log for any branch payment files you’ll transmit to us this weekend. Because of the impending cloud migration work happening tomorrow and Sunday, branch payments that we receive after 7:30 p.m. ET this evening will be held and processed on the evening of Monday, May 16. Payments will be effective dated and reflected in the data extracts on the morning of Tuesday, May 17.

In addition, as XML may be impacted this weekend, please send new loan submissions after Sunday, May 15 at 9 p.m. ET.
