Changes to Cenlar Case Management (CCM) Coming This Weekend

We are making some changes to Cenlar Case Management (CCM) on September 13-14.

These changes will include the following:

  • We are moving the Investor Reporting General Ledger Support dropdown options to their own Reconciliations under General Servicing. This change is to better align dropdown options with the Cenlar team who support these kind of requests.
  • A few Special Products dropdown options, which include Assumptions, Recast and Retention requests, will be moved to a new Performing Loans/Assumptions request to breakout certain dropdown options to their own section for reporting purposes and faster turn times.
When the changes are updated, we will update you through CenAccess on Sept. 15.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your client management team.

Announcing Global Teller SSO and CenAccess Client Portal Landing Page to Global Teller Users

We are excited to announce the continued migration of client-facing applications to SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Global Teller users on Sept. 29.

Global Teller users will log into CenAccess, access MFA for enhanced security using their mobile phone for authentication, and log into Global Teller using the ‘Loan Data’ tile with one set of credentials for ease of access. They will also have access to other tools and functions on the new CenAccess Client portal with existing provisioned access.

Global Tellers users that have accessed the application within the last 60 days will receive emails on Sept. 22 informing them of the details. Global Tellers users not already using the new CenAccess portal will receive an additional email on Sept. 29 with login credentials and instructions on how to log in and utilize MFA using their mobile phones.

On Sept. 29, all Global Teller users will be able to log into CenAccess, select ‘Loan Data’, then access the application without entering a second set of credentials.

Other Applications Coming Soon

Keep an eye out in future editions of the Bulletin for information about subsequent SSO application rollouts and timing.
