New Enhancements to CenAccess
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with an improved CenAccess user experience, we have released the following enhancements:
- The Client Portal session timeout has been extended from 20 minutes to an hour, significantly reducing session timeout due to inactivity as you interact throughout the day with other on-demand options.
- We restored the legacy daily and monthly Portfolio Insights excel reports to ensure continued access to familiar reporting formats.
- For the HELOC Dashboard, we have added a data dictionary.
- The Portfolio Insights Dashboard has been expanded to include the county name field for more detailed insights.
- Streamlined the sign-in process to one screen and added a 60-day password reset strengthening portal access security.
If you have any questions regarding these enhancements, please contact your client management team.
Updates to Government Shutdown Dashboard
We recently made some updates to the government shutdown dashboard.
Some of the features include an added filter to allow users to select which shutdown they want to view stats based on the specific timeframe from October 2025 to February 2026.
This is based on the date of when the homeowner confirms the impact of the shutdown or requests a forbearance.
In addition, we added a forbearance page in the dashboard where there are breakouts showing various statuses/workouts based on forbearances in the pipeline.
If you have any questions, please contact your client management team.
New Billing Cycle
CFPB (Consumer Federal Protection Bureau) guidelines require that a homeowner’s monthly mortgage statement be mailed no later than four days after the grace period ends. To ensure compliance, we are updating all loans by aligning the billing cycle date with the grace period end date. If your loans currently follow a “bill and receipt” cycle, they will transition to monthly billing between Q2-Q3 of this year.
We are alerting homeowners to this change with a buck slip that will be included with their statement.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your client management team.
