In celebration of Women’s History Month, Cenlar COO Leslie Peeler is sitting down with remarkable women who are shaping the future of our industry. We’re excited to kick off the Voices of Women in Mortgage series with Cristy Ward, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President at Mortgage Connect, LP.

In addition to Cristy’s role at Mortgage Connect, she is the Founder and CEO of the non-profit Women Empowering Women Financial Services (WEWFS), an executive female group that supports one another through peer-to-peer collaboration and helps other women be successful both internally and externally to their organizations. Cristy’s overarching goal is to expand the boardroom to have more females at the table, create an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion and build the foundation for the future generation of women to be empowered in their workplace.
