Call Center – Update
All systems in the Call Center are now fully operational.
Thank you for your understanding.
Previously: We are currently experiencing system connectivity issues in our call center location. We are able to answer incoming borrower calls, however representatives may not be able to access all system resources needed to answer borrower questions.
We are in the process of repointing representatives to redundant servers and expect to have them connected to the necessary systems ASAP.
