Cenlar Call Center Experiencing Connectivity Issues

We are currently experiencing call center connectivity issues that are affecting hold times and the ability to reach a representative in both our Customer Interaction call center and our Default Call Center. We are still able to fulfill calls, but do not have all agents connected, which has impacted our service levels.

The issue began at approximately 11:30 a.m. ET. We are working with our vendors to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Our CenNet homeowner website is still operational, and homeowners can use the self-serve options available to them on the website.
