Cenlar Call Center Experiencing Connectivity Issues July 8, 2024
On July 8, 2024 we experienced a connectivity issue in both our Default Call Center (DCC) and our Customer Interaction (CI) call center.
In DCC, not all agents were able to log-in to answer calls due to a technology issue, from open of business until approximately 10:30 a.m. ET.
We also discovered a similar issue in our CI call center, which meant not all agents there were able to log-in to answer calls. This lasted from 10:30 a.m. ET until approximately 12:43 p.m. ET.
Both call centers are BAU, as of approximately 12:43 p.m. ET. As expected on the first business day following a holiday weekend, we are seeing a high volume of calls. It is possible that we could continue to recommend homeowners who call us should call back later or visit the website to resolve their questions.
We continue to work with our vendor to investigate the original issue and will share any information as soon as we are able. Thank you for your understanding.
