Cenlar Call Center Restored

We’re pleased to report that we have resolved today’s connectivity issue, and both our Customer Interaction Call Center and our Default Call Center have been restored to normal operations, as of 12:50 p.m. Our representatives are taking calls, and are ready and available to assist homeowners.

We’re continuing to work with our vendor to investigate the root cause of the issue, and will share any information as soon as we are able.
