Many of you have asked how you may help us better serve your borrowers. Like the rest of the industry, we continue to experience an extremely high volume of calls and wait times. You may help us make sure borrowers are getting what they need as quickly as possible by encouraging them to use our online resources. Borrowers may readily find the website address on their statement.
