Our monthly CFPB Mortgage Amendments update have been posted here, on CenAccess.

Noteworthy Updates:

• All Business Requirement Documents have been completed with the exception of:
• Periodic Billing Statements – This will now be completed by 4/21/2017
• Successors in Interest – Due 5/1/2017
• Periodic Billing Statements: Bankruptcy – Due 5/1/2017

The Following Updates are Scheduled for the May Update:

• Business Requirement Documents for the areas above
• Project Action Plans for all areas
