CFPB Mortgage Servicing Amendments Conference Call
Happy New Year! Join Cenlar’s Compliance Department on Thursday, January 25th for a high level overview of our progress in implementing Phase 2 of the CFPB Mortgage Servicing Amendments.

Subject: A high-level overview of the Successor in Interest and Periodic Billing Statements for Bankruptcy requirements, as well as the current status of the action plans and timeframes for implementation. On the call, in addition to providing information regarding the implementation of the rules, Cenlar will address inquiries previously presented to us by our clients on the call.
This conference call will be a listen only one hour session addressing the most
frequently asked questions and concerns. Any items that go unanswered will be
