Change in Late Charge Assessment Date

Cenlar has recently made a change in the timing of its late payment fee assessment against delinquent payments. Starting this month (June 2015), Cenlar will begin assessing late payment fees on the evening of the 17th day of the month thereby ensuring that borrowers who have made payments by midnight on the 16th day of the month in their respective time zones will not be assessed a late fee.
