Citrix Transition to Azure Cloud

Over the past few months, we have been working to transition all Cenlar clients from Citrix to Microsoft Azure. Migration to Azure will enable us to upgrade servers and operating systems seamlessly, as well as institute additional security processes and procedures.

We are pleased to let you know that Citrix testing has been completed for all Cenlar clients. As such, the former Citrix URL will be decommissioned effective March 12, 2021.

Citrix in Azure               https://connectsg.cennet.com

Please share this information with all employees and auditors who access Cenlar through Citrix. In the interim, your Client Manager will be reaching out to coordinate a phased roll-out approach with you in the next several weeks. Please look out for the communication with details for your organization.

If your corporate policy is to whitelist Cenlar IPs or URLs, you will need to whitelist the new production IP address (12.151.180.133) and the new URL (connectsg.cennet.com) in order to access the New Citrix URL in Azure.
