Client Advisory: April 23, 2025

Cenlar Connectivity Issues

On Wednesday April 23, 2025 Cenlar experienced connectivity issues that affected our Customer Interaction (CI) and Default (DCC) call centers, as well as the homeowner website and Black Knight/MSP access.

Our call centers were able to take calls throughout the incident timeframe for general questions but could not fully resolve requests that required our agents access to our servicing platform. Impacts lasted from approximately 11 a.m. ET until approximately 1 p.m. ET.

We continue to investigate the issue and will share any information as soon as we are able.
