New Case Management System Rollout Underway

In May we began to roll out a new web-based Cenlar Case Management (CCM) platform. CCM will enable you to request support and track responses in real time, so you can finally say “goodbye” to our email request system. Here are just some of the benefits coming your way:

·    Real-time Tracking and Transparency – CCM will enable you to follow your request and manage the communicated target resolution timeframe.

·    Prioritization and Escalation – With the new platform and process, you can prioritize the level of your request and escalate it within the platform.

·    Real-time Pipeline Monitoring and Reporting – Your organization can track and monitor all requests submitted either at an individual or an organization level.  Management reporting is available.

Rollout

CCM is being rolled out in phases through September. Your Client Manager will be informing you of your targeted launch date. Please be on the lookout for the following alerts regarding your launch date:

·    Approximately one-month prior to implementation. Your organization’s executive sponsor will receive an invitation for a webinar that will cover all you need to know for set-up in preparation for your launch date.

·    One month before launch. Staff members who will be using CCM will receive online training.

·    Post-launch. Shortly after your organization begins using CCM, you will no longer need to submit requests to individual email boxes using the current process. These email accounts will be shut down.
