Special Notes About the Holiday Season Year-End Schedule  
With the end of year upon us, please be mindful our Christmas and New Year’s holiday hours, reporting schedule and timing for purging of loans. Closings All Cenlar offices will close Thursday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) at 3:00 p.m. local time (NJ, MO, and AZ) in observance of the Christmas holiday. Our offices will remain closed on Friday, December 25th. Any files received on December 25th will be processed the night of Monday, December 28th. Output will be available Tuesday morning, December 29th. All Cenlar offices will close on Thursday, December 31st (New Year’s Eve) at 3:00 p.m. local time (NJ, MO, and AZ) in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Our offices will remain closed on Friday, January 1, 2021. Timing of Reports for Year End Daily extracts and reports will start being delivered to clients the morning of January 1st between 6:00 a.m. and noon. Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly extracts will start being delivered by noon and should be completed by 7:00 p.m. on January 1st. Purging of Loans Loans with zero balances will be purged from our servicing system on Monday, January 4, 2021. Purged loans will remain visible to clients in Global Teller, and to borrowers on the borrower website. Client Gifts It’s been our custom throughout our long history to send client gifts as a way of showing our appreciation for choosing us as your mortgage subservicing partner. But we’ve made a slight change for 2020. Like you, we’re concerned about the millions of Americans who—through no fault of their own—have been challenged to pay their rent or mortgage, or feed their families. That’s why, in lieu of sending client gifts, we’ve chosen to make generous donations to our following local food banks: NJ – Mercer Street Friends Food BankAZ – St Mary’s Food BankMO – Fort Zumwalt School District Food Program

Borrower Payoff Statements on Global Teller
Cenlar recently upgraded the way to retrieve mortgage payoff statements. Simply call our toll-free number (1-877-772-9633), choose the IVR option and follow the prompt for obtaining payoff statements via Global Teller. Statements will be posted the same day and remain available for up to 14 months of the initial request. To obtain netted payoff statements, please speak to your Client Manager.
