Get Ready for CCM SSO and Three New Dashboards on CenAccess

We are excited to announce the migration of CCM SSO through the CenAccess Client Portal on Monday, Dec. 8. Once live, CCM users will only need one set of credentials and one click for easy access to all the tools and functions provisioned to them on the new CenAccess client portal.

To reach CCM, users will log into CenAccess, perform MFA using their mobile phone for enhanced security, and then log into CCM by clicking the ‘Create a Ticket’ tile on CenAccess.

All existing CCM users should have received emails on Monday, Dec. 1, with a reminder on Dec. 8, with all the details. All CCM users not already using the CenAccess client portal will also receive their login credentials and MFA instructions on Dec. 8.

As part of this release, we are also adding three new dashboards to the CenAccess Portfolio Insight tile that will provide even more data for you at your fingertips:

• Complaints: Mirrors existing Complaints reporting but adds the power of graphical and drillable data. The existing Complaints reporting will continue to be sent via SFTP until future retirement.
• Government Shutdown: Mirrors the existing daily dashboard received via SFTP. Clients will access this new Portfolio Insights dashboard for Government Shutdown data.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.

Government Shutdown Bot Messaging to Be Removed

As the recent government shutdown has concluded, we will begin winding down the temporary enhancements that were introduced to support impacted homeowners.

Effective Monday, Dec. 1, the special upfront IVR messaging and the government shutdown voice bot has been removed, as federal employees are now receiving backpay.

We continue to offer the same forbearance options that were available while the shutdown was active, excluding any clients that do not offer assistance programs on their asset portfolio loans. We will look to return to our normal BAU process when possible.

We also continue to work on improving and transitioning our shutdown reporting to PowerBI dashboards and monitoring the news for the next potential shutdown at the end of January.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your client management team.
