Homeowner Enrollment in Self-Serve Options Booms in 2022We’re committed to providing the very best customer experience for your homeowners, and a large part of that is ensuring it’s easy for them to conduct business with us however, whenever and wherever they choose. It’s why we offer programs like paperless billing, so that working with us is even more convenient for your homeowners. And we’re thrilled to see people are taking advantage, having hit the major milestone this fall of 1 million homeowners subscribed to paperless billing. We’ve already seen what a bit of education can do. Thanks to initiatives like the paperless and autopay awareness campaign that has featured on our CenNet homeowner website since March 2022, as well as emails sent directly to homeowners as part of our Welcome Program, we’ve increased the number of homeowners enrolled in paperless from 24% at the start of the year to nearly 40%. During the same time period, we’ve also seen increases in the percentage of homeowners registered for CenNet (78% from 72% in January 2022) and autopay (46% from 42%). This is just the start. We’ll continue to educate your homeowners about the tools at their disposal, through avenues like CenNet, emails and our IVR, with the hope that even more will take advantage of the programs available to them.
