Leslie Peeler Named HousingWire Woman of Influence

Cenlar Chief Operating Officer Leslie Peeler has been named a recipient of the 2025 HousingWire Women of Influence Award.

Since joining Cenlar, Peeler has introduced agile methodologies across the organization, encouraging adaptability and continuous improvement. She launched an operations management rotation program to expose aspiring leaders to different facets of the business and brought in industry voices to foster greater connection and insight across teams. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration and transparency, regularly recognizing team contributions and maintaining open lines of communication across the company.

She is also advancing the use of emerging technologies like generative AI, process mining and machine learning.

Peeler’s work represents a long-term strategy to modernize subservicing while maintaining high standards of care for both employees and homeowners. Her leadership continues to shape the future of Cenlar and set a new standard in mortgage servicing.

HousingWire recognizes 100 women whose achievements are driving the housing industry forward. Now in its 16th year, the award honors leaders across mortgage, real estate and fintech who are making a measurable impact on their organizations and the broader housing economy.

This year’s honorees include mentors, innovators and community leaders. Collectively, their efforts are shaping not only their companies but also the communities they serve and the future of housing itself.

Announcing New SSO and Client Portal Landing Page for Client-Facing Applications

We are excited to announce the launch of our migration of client-facing applications to SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Along with this migration, Cenlar is introducing a new client portal landing page. When clients log in to CenAccess, they’ll see a page that presents icons for various business functions instead of application names and can access tools and information in one place. Clients who currently have access to CenAccess can select “Portfolio Insights” to view dashboards and information now available to them.

Moving forward, clients soon will have access to all applications without having to re-enter any specific login/password. Once in the portal, clients will be required to use MFA for enhanced security using their mobile phone for authentication.

NLAI SSO Comes First
The first application for SSO enablement is NLAI, which will launch this month. NLAI users will receive emails on July 21 informing them of the details. NLAI users not already using CenAccess will receive an additional email on July 28 with login credentials and instructions on how to log in and utilize MFA using their mobile phones.

Clients can log into CenAccess, select NLAI, then access the application without entering a second set of credentials.

Other Applications Coming Soon
Keep an eye out in future editions of the Bulletin for information about subsequent SSO application rollouts and timing.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.

Change of Schedule on Friday, July 25

Cenlar, including its contact centers, will close at 5:30 ET on Friday, July 25. After 5:30 p.m. ET, homeowners will still be able to conduct business with us using the self-serve options available to them on our IVR and on the CenNet homeowner website. Thank you.

Need Help Related to Compliance Change Management? Use CCM

To further enhance our communication and for consistency and efficiency, we have transitioned away from our compliance change management mailbox in favor of the Cenlar Case Management (CCM) tool, as of June. The Regulatory Change Management dropdown options are located under the Relationship Needs section of the CCM tool. Please select the appropriate option that matches your request detail.

The CCM tool will replace our compliancechgmngt@cenlar.com mailbox as previously announced. Please refrain from using this mailbox going forward.

We will continue to strive to respond within two business days. However, items received after 3 p.m. ET will be considered as received on the next business day. If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.

Monthly Reports Now Available
The monthly Regulatory Change Management (RCM) reports are now available on CenAccess. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for any help navigating these reports.
