Forward Focus and a Commitment to You: 4 Takeaways from the Cenlar Client Summit
We want to wish a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our inaugural Client Summit last week a success, including all our sponsors and speakers. Special gratitude goes to our client partners who took three days away from home and traveled to Princeton, New Jersey, to engage with us and others in the industry, exchanging ideas and having some fun in the process.
Cenlar President and CEO David Schneider concluded the Summit on June 11 with four key takeaways:
1. We have an amazing team at Cenlar, with a forward focus and a commitment to our clients.
2. We’re not done building our business. We’re just getting started.
3. We want to be known in the industry as not just the leading subservicer but also as a partner who helps you do business.
4. Most importantly, we are here for you, our partners! We want to know, “What else can we do for you?”

Enhancements to CCM Dropdown Menu
To make it easier for you to submit an insurance-related ticket, we are making enhancements to the CCM dropdown options.
The updates to the dropdown menu will take effect this week (June 16). These new changes will make it more intuitive and easier for you to select an insurance ticket category that is then delivered to the right group for a more efficient resolution.
• The “Request Type” option will continue to reflect “Insurance”.
• The “Sub-Category” options will continue to reflect as “Document Request,” “General Inquiry Process” or “Loan-Level Action”.
• The “Sub-sub Categories” have been expanded to be more descriptive.
Juneteenth Observance
Cenlar will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in observance of Juneteenth. Any files received on Thursday, June 19 will be processed the night of Friday, June 20.
Need Help Related to Compliance Change Management? Use CCM!
To further enhance our communication and for consistency and efficiency, we have transitioned away from our compliance change management mailbox to the Cenlar Case Management (CCM) tool beginning this week (as of June 16). The Regulatory Change Management dropdown options are located under the Relationship Needs section of the CCM tool. Please select the appropriate option that matches your request detail.
The CCM tool will replace our compliancechgmngt@cenlar.com mailbox as previously announced. Please refrain from using this mailbox going forward.
We will continue to strive to respond within two business days. However, items received after 3 p.m. ET will be considered as received on the next business day. If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.
