Client Management Email – Standardized Subject Line

In our ongoing effort to constantly improve the service we provide to you and your customers/members we are instituting a new process for sending e-mails to our Client Management address by having a standardized subject line.

For this procedure to work we request you use the following format in the subject line of your e-mail “Loan Number – Client Name – Subject”.  (Example: 0099999996///Cenlar///Drafting)

Please select a subject from the following list:

Address change

  • Drafting
  • Payment
  • Payoff Statement
  • Insurance line update
  • Insurance new policy
  • Tax line update
  • Fee Waivers
  • Wire
  • Lender Placed refund
  • Escrow disbursement
  • Escrow analysis
  • Delinquent Taxes
  • Payment reversals
  • Misapplied payments
  • VOM
  • Password resets

Having a standardized subject line will help us help you more efficiently.
