Connectivity Issues with Cenlar Call Centers Resolved

Earlier this evening, we experienced a connectivity issue in our Customer Interaction call center (CI) and Default Call Center (DCC). Both were closed while we worked to troubleshoot and correct the issue. We’re pleased to report that we have resolved this issue, and, as of 7:10 p.m. ET, our call centers have been restored to normal operations.

We continue to work to investigate the issue and will share any additional material information if any arises. Thank you for your understanding.
