CRITICAL IT UPDATE: Retirement of TLS 1.1 Encryption Protocol

TLS 1.1 is a cipher no longer supported across the industry. As such, on Sunday, March 14, between 6 a.m. and noon, Cenlar will disable the TLS 1.1 encryption protocol for our partner-facing websites and interfaces. This change will affect:

  • CenAccess
  • Global Teller
  • NLAI
  • New Loan XML interface
  • Forbearance website
  • SSO applications

Please share this information immediately with your IT team. If you’re using TLS 1.1, please switch to TLS 1.2 before March 14, 2021 or risk disruption in accessing Cenlar applications. TLS 1.2 will be our protocol going forward, and is supported by all modern browsers and operating systems.
