CrowdStrike Impacts on Cenlar

As you are aware, IT systems worldwide are experiencing issues due to a patch pushed by CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity protection provider.

Cenlar does not use CrowdStrike, but we do have vendors who do. All of Cenlar’s internal systems are running BAU. Our call centers and our CenNet homeowner website are operating as normal. Overnight reporting was completed on time.

We are currently analyzing all of our vendors to determine impacts, if any, they may be experiencing. We are continuing to investigate this issue and will share any updates with you, if there are any material impacts that affect our BAU processing or fulfillment.
