As we previously communicated with you, we did work during the weekend of Sept. 9 to upgrade the servers that support client- and homeowner-facing applications, including CenAccess, SSO, CenNet and the IVR.
Part of this work — a planned deployment of an enhanced DLL application server that feeds our client dashboard — is still ongoing. Due to this, the information on the client dashboard is not being updated on its regular interval, and will be stale until this update has been pushed out fully. We project this work will be completed in time for the 11 a.m. ET refresh on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023.
