Extended Month End Processing through the Labor Day Weekend

In order to provide extended payment processing this month, Cenlar will not be releasing our file to LPS on Friday night.  As a result, GL files normally delivered on Friday night will not be available until Monday morning at the latest.  All other reports and extracts will be available on Monday morning.  Please make sure that all MIS areas at your institution are aware of this change so that they can alter their weekend procedures accordingly.

In observance of Labor Day, Cenlar’s offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2014.   Any files received on Monday, September 1st, will not be processed until the night of Tuesday, September 2nd and output will be available by Wednesday morning, September 3^rd.
