Introducing e-Docs

In our continuing effort to serve you and your borrowers better, we’re making exciting changes to our E-Bill (electronic billing statement) program. Starting on December 4, 2015, borrowers will have secure, any time anywhere access to a complete picture of loan accounts online. This new system will be called e-Docs. e-Docs is a FREE paperless, online service that provides the information your borrowers have come to rely on through E-Bill, plus a great deal more. Now they will be able to manage accounts, view documents and view and print loan account billing statements, all from the comfort of wherever they happen to be.

The e-Docs Advantage

In order to take advantage of e-Docs, borrowers will first need to register for the service by logging onto the website and choosing “e-Docs Signup & Settings”.  As long as the borrower has an active email address, they can enroll in the service and start receiving billing statements and other documents, like their year-end statements, escrow analysis requests, tax documents, billing reminders, and other loan related correspondence online.  Borrowers who sign up will be able to view these e-Docs using the Document Center link on the website.  Some letters, as required by regulations, may still be printed and mailed to their address.

Please note that in anticipation of the transition to e-Docs, the ability for borrowers to enroll in the current E-Bill program will not be available as of December 3, 2015.  Once the changeover takes place on December 4th, the website will be updated, and E-Bill menu options will be relabeled e-Docs.  If an existing E-Bill user chooses not to register for the new service, the settings will not change and they will continue to receive online loan account billing statements.
