Licensing

There are instances where Cenlar must provide disclosures to the borrower that include entity licensing and contact information for regulators.  Based on these requirements, Cenlar is starting an initiative to obtain and maintain licensing and regulator information for our clients.  Please provide your Relationship Manager with a list of your entity’s state or federal licenses and corresponding regulators by no later than November 1^st. If your company is licensed in multiple states, please provide the required information for each state.  Cenlar will be requesting this information on an annual basis and we ask that you update the information monthly in the event of any licensing changes.
