Lien Release Delays

The closure of local and state government offices, due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, has made completing certain aspects of loan servicing increasingly difficult.  Over 1/3 of county offices across the country are experiencing delays in processing lien releases due to office closures, reduced staff, or they are not currently accepting new releases.

Consequently, you may notice a delay in loan satisfactions due to these limitations. However, please rest assured that we will continue to work diligently to get your liens released as quickly as possible.
