Noteworthy Items:

• VA Circular 26-17-10 – Item #4139 – Update last month indicated the VAAM program was going live in BITB on 6/5. The update should have read: Default Servicing Project Management Office (DSPMO) confirmed that BITB would be responsible for developing any letters, if applicable. Cenlar will be going live with VA in BITB on 6/5/17, however, this new program isn’t due until 10/1/17. Letters will be developed by required 10/1/17 compliance date.
• NJ AB766 – Item #3943 – Projected end date was extended to 7/31/17 due to additional questions from Loss Mitigation regarding potential borrowers in current loss mitigation application/modification process.
