Monthly Regulatory Compliance Change Management Summary

Noteworthy Items:

• Federal Reserve 16-5 – Item #3428 – The open position has been filled and the employee will start 8/7/2017. This item is expected to move to QA and begin testing in August.
• Georgia HB 143 – Item #4208 – Item only had a 30 day compliance date from rule signing. Cenlar is identifying any impacted borrowers and refunding any fees related to agent assisted payments that have been charged since the compliance effective date of 6/1/2017. Additionally, until the scripts and disclosures can be updated any future agent assisted payment fees will be blocked for the state of Georgia.
• NJ AB766 – Item #3943 – Expected to move to QA and begin testing in August.
