Noteworthy Item:

• Georgia HB 143 – Item #4208 – This item is expected to move to QA by the end of the month. Cenlar has identified clients who were charged the fee prior to the block being placed, and refunds are being issued. Additionally, once the disclosures (verbal and written) have been implemented, the system block on the fee will be removed.
