Monthly Report Card (MRC) and Daily Dashboard Changes

Cenlar’s Monthly Report Card (MRC) and Daily Dashboard Reports have recently been streamlined and clarified. These changes are designed to align the two reports to reflect the same categorization of information and to eliminate any possible confusion between the reports.

The first set of changes affects the Monthly Report Card:

• Delinquency Statistics (Pages 1-12):

• A new Claims category has been added.  Claims include all investor and insurer liquidation claims. Claims formerly reported within the 30+ delinquency categories have been removed.
• Delinquent Bankruptcy and Current Bankruptcy have been combined into one Bankruptcy category.
• The Total Delinquent category now includes the Bankruptcy category.
• All categories now include piggy back balances.

• FC Pipeline (Page 14):  Foreclosures have been broken out into two categories, Judicial and Non Judicial.The second set of changes affects the Daily Dashboard:

• Portfolio Totals:  The Principal Balance now includes the 2^nd Principal Balance in its total.
• Foreclosure Breakdown:  Foreclosures have been broken out into two categories, Judicial and Non Judicial.
