Multiple Loans Enhancement

In order to address input from both you and your borrowers, Cenlar is working on an enhancement within CenNet that will allow borrowers with multiple accounts, under the same branding, to link all accounts to a single user ID and password. We plan to deploy this enhancement during November 2017.

The Multiple Loans Enhancement will provide your borrowers with the following benefits:

• Borrowers will no longer need to struggle with multiple passwords (and remembering which password is linked to which account)
• Borrowers can enjoy simplified account identification through the account nickname feature
• Borrowers will have the ability to move in and out of accounts during a single login session
