New Enhancements to CenNet

That’s why we’re pleased to announce the next set of enhancements to our customer website, CenNet.
CenNet is our proprietary mortgage information and account management website that helps customers access their information and provides them the ability to manage their accounts. It’s an anytime, anywhere service experience.
Better Customer Communication
Beginning this week, customers will now see messaging at the top of the CenNet Welcome page in what we refer to as the Top Line Banner. This banner will enable us to more effectively deliver messages throughout the year about features like e-Docs Alerts and Automatic Payments (ACH). It will also help us efficiently communicate important information about escrow analysis, profile updates, payment issue notifications, and insurance due, based on a customer’s profile/activity.
Our e-Docs Alerts service enables customers to go paperless, view statements and other important documents online, and receive helpful email notifications. So, encouraging enrollment is a top priority. We’ve streamlined the e-Docs Alerts enrollment process so that now, customers will be able to enroll in a far more intuitive way.
Make CenNet a Part of Your Marketing Plans
If your CenNet site is branded, we have a new opportunity for you to market products and services directly to your customers. Using our new High Impact loan level messaging, you can tie any promotional message to a customer’s profile/activity to market products such as HELOCs and deposit accounts, and cross market other offerings such as Refis.
