We are pleased to announce better ways for you to address specific loan boarding issues that require an expedited response from us.
The creation of our new loan boarding assist e-mail (NLboardingassist@cenlar.com) will help us better assist you with your questions and issues on loan boarding. E-mails will be received, acknowledged and responded to within our goal of 2 hours of receipt. Should the inquiry require additional research, an acknowledgement will be sent advising that we received the inquiry and a response will be given within 24 hours. Please use the NLboardingassist@cenlar.com e-mail to address loan boarding issues such as “reject error messages, API key issues, and lockouts”. Keep in mind that it is not intended for loan origination system mapping questions or for adding field requests.
In addition, the new loan data correction e-mail (NLdatacorrections@cenlar.com) has been created for data maintenance that needs to be completed on new loans that have recently boarded our servicing system. Sending e-mails to this address will expedite data corrections.
