New Required Documents for Loan Setup Package

Effective December 1, 2018, Cenlar will require a copy of the Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) Initial Disclosure Statement be delivered in the New Loan Setup Package for all new loans boarded. The New Loan Flow Transfer Instructions are being updated to reflect this change and will be posted on CenAccess.

This change is in alignment with the requirements of the Homeowners Protection Act (HOPA).   

The PMI Initial Disclosure statement will be tracked with our image vendor as PMI Initial Disclosure document type code ASIDL110. Should the document not be delivered at the time of loan boarding it will remain on the Missing Document report until it is satisfied.
