We’ve been made aware that some Cenlar clients recently have received letters from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) stating that HUD has not received the documentation to support certain Partial Claims (PC) processed by Cenlar.

If you have received one of these notices or receive one in the future, please send it along to us, via CCM. We will respond back to you in CCM in order to ensure the issue is rectified.

As we alerted you in the Nov. 10, 2022 issue of the Client Bulletin, we are also working with HUD to resolve this issue. That communication details the work we have done and are doing to ensure HUD receives all requested documentation well in advance of the timeline provided by HUD.
