Service Release Notification Requirements

As a reminder, in accordance with our subservicing agreement, Cenlar requires ninety (90) days notice for all servicing transfers. The official notification date is the date that the completed Transfer Operation forms (attached) and the list of loans to be transferred are received by our Transfer Operations Department. 

All three of these items – Service Release Request Form; New Servicer Information Form; and the list of loans to be transferred – should be emailed to your Client Manager and Transfer Operations at DeconversionNotifications@cenlar.com.

Once all three items are received, we will notate the date and begin the service release process.  Please refer to your contract for additional information about transfer requests with notice under 90 days.
