Update on February 6 Call Center Connectivity Issue

We’re pleased to report that we have resolved today’s connectivity issue, and both our Customer Interaction call center and our Default Call Center have been restored to normal operations. Our representatives are taking calls, and are ready and available to assist homeowners.

Our initial analysis of the issue shows that the incident prevented our representatives in CI from receiving phone calls from homeowners for about 150 minutes, from approximately 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. ET, and our representatives in DCC from receiving calls for about 155 minutes, from approximately 8:25 a.m. until 11 a.m. ET.

We’re continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue, and will share any information as soon as we are able.
