Updated Consumer Complaint Management Program

As part of our efforts to evolve to meet our Clients’ needs, we are pleased to inform you that we have implemented an update to our Consumer Complaint Management Program. The updated program has been designed to ensure the timely and accurate handling of Complaints to meet the needs of individual consumers, with a keen focus on regulatory standards and on improving borrower service.
