Weather Storm Orlena Update

A major snowstorm has dropped more than two feet of snow in the northeastern U.S., including eastern Pennsylvania, northern New Jersey and southeast New York. Blowing and drifting snow has continued as wind gusts remain in the 30-35 mph range.

While Cenlar’s main offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania received significant accumulations, there have been no power outages or service interruptions. The weather has affected USPS, overnight carrier deliveries, and lockbox rejects.

We stand ready to swiftly process any payments delayed by postal service or other carriers. To mitigate these impacts, borrower payments and cash payoffs delayed due to the weather will be backdated to minimize borrower impact. In addition, we have added weather-related IVR messages related to assure borrowers regarding payment processing.
