Weekly Satisfactions Dashboard

We are excited to inform you that starting this Friday, November 4th, we will be delivering to you, each and every Friday, enhanced management dashboard reporting for our Lien Release processing.  This reporting, which is based on the existing Pending Satisfactions daily report you currently receive, will enable to you to quickly monitor aggregated key lien release processing data, such as;

• Status of where in the process the release currently stands
•  Adherence to state compliance timeframes
• Document custodian performance
• “Watch States” overview (states that have shorter compliance timeframes or have special challenges)

These reporting enhancements will provide greater and clearer transparency on your paid in full loans and complements the Lien Release information provided in the Monthly Report Card (MRC).  We welcome your feedback on the new report!
