In order to proactively notify and educate your borrowers about the upcoming Year End Statement process, we are planning to send a generic e-mail blast to all borrowers who will be receiving Year End Statements and who have not opted out of receiving e-mail communications. This e-mail will be sent in early January 2017 and will include frequently asked questions and answers that will assist borrowers in better understanding their statement when received, as well as provide them with the appropriate communication channels to quickly resolve their questions or concerns. The initial e-mail will be followed by a second e-mail notification when the borrower’s Year End Statement has been mailed. Both e-mails will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. We have attached a sample of both email communications as well as the Year End FAQs.
