VA Partial Claim Sunset

The VA Partial Claim Program — implemented as a temporary pandemic relief measure — will sunset on October 28, 2022. All Partial Claims must be submitted no later than this date, unless it is a correction to a prior submission.
As a result, Cenlar will stop offering the program on Monday, September 12, 2022 in order to allow for modification documents to be generated and returned, and the claim filed by the sunset date. With the sunset of the VA Partial Claim option, homeowners will flow into the next option in the waterfall, the Refund Modification. If you have any questions, please contact your client manager. |
