Cenlar Call Center Experiencing Connectivity Issues

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue that is preventing representatives in our Default Call Center and Customer Interaction Call Center from receiving phone calls. We are working to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Our IVR and our CenNet homeowner website are still operational, and homeowners can use the self-serve options available to them there.
