Insurance Docs On-Demand: Get What You Need When You Need It
We’re pleased to share we’ve made it easier for you to access insurance documents through our document repository, Metastor.
Thanks to an upgrade made last year, clients can directly retrieve insurance documents—no CCM ticket required. This includes Loss Draft Claim Packages, policy documents and insurance letters and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) policy notifications.
To further support this enhancement, we began uploading historical insurance documents dating back to November 2022. As of now, approximately 60% of these documents are available, with additional uploads occurring daily. We anticipate full availability of these historical records in the coming months.
Once this phase is complete, we will begin uploading historical Lender Placed Notices to further expand document accessibility.
As part of our goal to ensure you always have information about your portfolio at your fingertips, the quickest and easiest way for you to access insurance documents is by checking Metastor. This gives you direct access to the documents you need, when you need them, without the added step of submitting a CCM ticket.
Security Initiative to Deactivate Dormant Director/MSP Accounts
To support our commitment to robust security practices and compliance with access control standards, our Information Security team has embarked on an initiative that may affect the upcoming November User Access Management (UAM) report.
Since January, our Information Security team has been conducting a review and cleanup of Director/MSP user accounts that have not logged in during the current calendar year. As part of our standard deactivation protocol, any user account that has not accessed Citrix within a 90-day period is automatically removed from Citrix access. Many of the accounts identified in this initiative have already been deactivated through this process.
The final phase of the project will involve fully removing these accounts from our systems, which may result in a noticeable decrease in user counts reflected in the November UAM report.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your client manager.
