A Message from Matt Detwiler

Dear Clients,

Your opinion of our service is vitally important to us. That’s why each October we ask you to complete a client experience survey so we can hear from you in a formal way, as well as through our regular conversations. We are committed to listening to what you believe we are doing well and what we could be doing better in specific areas.

Your feedback is central to our planning efforts. Last year’s input led us to prioritize substantial investments in our service delivery and technology platforms, for example.

This year we’re working with Phoenix Marketing International market research firm, well-known in the areas of client experience and financial services.  While our survey remains brief as to be mindful of your time, we’ve taken the opportunity to revise it and added some new questions.

Please be on the lookout next week for an email from Phoenix with the new survey. If you receive a survey, kindly complete it by Wednesday, October 20. Since we’re using a new provider, you may have to check your spam folder. Each and every respondent’s opinion has value.
