That’s why each October we ask you to complete a client experience survey so we can hear from you in a formal way, as well as through our regular conversations. We are committed to listening to what you believe we are doing well and what we could be doing better in specific areas.
Your feedback is central to our planning efforts. Last year’s input led us to prioritize certain substantial investments in our service delivery and technology platforms, for example.
Yet we know you’re busy, too. So our upcoming survey is more concise. And we’ve honed our survey invite list. If you receive a survey, please complete it and do not pass it along for someone else to fill out. We want to hear perspectives from each and every one of you.

Congratulations to Cara Hardy, VP, Special Servicing, who has been nominated as a finalist for the 2021 Women in Housing Awards in the category of Rising Star Executive. The award is presented by the Five Star Institute, a national trade association supporting the U.S. residential mortgage and real estate market. The nomination recognizes young women leaders who, while still early in their careers, have demonstrated an outstanding capability to lead and drive progress.
