Cenlar Call Center Outage August 6, 2024

We experienced a connectivity issue in our Default Call Center (DCC) and our Customer Interaction (CI) call center.

Our IVR was unavailable, and our call centers were closed while we worked to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Client access to our systems was not impacted, and homeowners were able use the self-serve options available to them on our CenNet homeowner website.

The outage persisted from the open of business until 10:05 a.m. ET. We continue to work to investigate the issue and will share any information as soon as we are able.
